Warranty and Return Policy

Our Promise

All Star is “Redefining the auto parts experience through passion and service.” We pride ourselves in providing a quality insurance product and our confidence in the products that we provide is backed with competitive warranty policies.   • OEM Reconditioned Lights: One-year warranty.

  • Aftermarket Lights: Lifetime warranty on CAPA certified aftermarket lighting products. No warranty on non-CAPA certified lighting products.

  • All Star Auto Parts does not warranty bulbs.

  • OEM Reconditioned Wheels: Finish guarantee of 12 months on all finishes under normal usage (All Star reserves the right to make final decision on usage normal vs abnormal usage).

  • Aftermarket Wheels: Finish guarantee for painted and machined wheels is 24 months normal usage and 12 months on chrome and polished wheels.

  • Aftermarket Mirrors: One-year warranty.

Return Policy

  • No returns accepted beyond 45 days.

  • All Star Auto Parts does not cover any labor, diagnostic, administrative, or any other fees or costs unless pre-approved in writing.

  • OEM Reconditioned Lights / Aftermarket Lights / Aftermarket Mirrors:

    • Under 30 Days, free returns

    • 30-45 Days, 15% restocking fee.

  • OEM Reconditioned Wheels / Aftermarket Wheels:

    • All Returns 0-45 days, $35 restocking fee.

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) required for all returns.

    • Must return ship within 7 days after receiving RMA and Shipping Label.

Additional Terms

  • Lights returns must be in original packaging with all All Star and CAPA certification stickers (if applicable) intact.

    • Lights are sold in the same configuration as sold be OE dealers unless stated otherwise.

    • Lights – Bulbs are not covered in All Star’s return policy.

  • Wheels returns must be shipped in original packaging, face up, with protective foam and plastic covering the face.

    • We do not accept tire-mounted wheels and do not accept wheels that have had weights or valve stems added.

    • Any modifications made to the wheel finish or structure void the warranty and return policies.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs if ordered incorrectly.

  • Credit Issue: 24-48 Hours for us to process.

How to Set-Up a Return


Returns received without a proper ALL STAR AUTO LIGHTS RMA, will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

One part per box. Each box will need its own unique return label. Do not reprint a return label for multiple packages.

ALL STAR AUTO LIGHTS shall not be held liable for any lost items due to reprinting a previously used return label.

All Star Auto Lights does not cover Labor/Diagnostic
